At Cyprus Rose Candle Co., each candle is carefully crafted and packaged with love. Because of the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged (e.g. broken vessel, broken glass), we are happy to offer a replacement of the exact item that was damaged.

To request a replacement, please email help@cyprusroseco.com as soon as possible with the following:

• a clear photo of the damaged item up close
• a photo of the box showing all packaging material used
• a photo of the shipping label on the box

Lost, Stolen, or Incorrectly Delivered Packages

Once an order leaves our hands, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement. If this happens, please contact the shipping provider directly to file a claim. Unfortunately, once an order is in transit, these mishaps are out of our control.
