All your burning questions answered
What is the best way to care for my candle?
To get the most out of your candle, we recommend trimming your wick to 1/4" before each burn to prevent soot and uneven melting.
For the best performance, allow your candle to burn all the way across the surface - typically around 4 hours - during the first burn. This helps prevent tunneling and sets the stage for an even melt throughout the life of your candle. With coconut soy wax, some wax may remain on the sides of the vessel during early burns. Don't worry - this is normal. As the vessel warms over time, the remaining wax will melt down naturally during future burns.
For safety and performance, never burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time, and always place it on a heat-safe surface away from drafts, pets, and children.
Treat each burn as a ritual - intentioanl, slow and serene.
What is an appropriate burn time?
Never burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Keep your candle away from drafts, as this will cause your candle to burn faster.
How long do wax melts last?
Our melts are designed to provide a long-lasting, flame-free fragrance experience. Each cube typically offers 8-10 hours of scent, depending on the fragrance strength, warmer temperature, and room size. One full clamshell (6 cubes) can deliver up to 60+ hours of clean, consistent scent.
To refresh your space, simply swap out your wax once the fragrance fades and enjoy a new scent story - no flame required.
How do I work my car freshie?
- Remove wooden lid and plastic stopper, then reattach lid
- Tip bottle upside down to saturate lid. Unscrew wooden lid.
- Replace plastic stopped and lid, then hand securely in your car, or small space.
- Repeat steps to freshen once fragrance oil has completely dried on lid.
- Ensure plastic stopper is in place and do not leave bottle on side or leakage will occur.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
I finished burning my candle, now what?
Once your candle is finished burning, give your jar a second life.
To clean it, simply place in freezer for a few hours - this helps the leftover wax pop our easily. Wash with warm soapy water, and its ready to be reused.
Our handmade concrete vessels make beautiful mini planters, makeup brush holders, desk organizers, or tea light containers. Designed with intention, each jar is made to be kept, loved, and repurposed.
